In the current scenario, I feel education is "a lot of bookish knowledge & lack of practical knowledge". It has become a business today and nobody is bothered about the real purpose of education and one ends up paying more in donation and not getting any real education.
Our system is academically biased and does not pay much attention to the other activities that are essential for overall development of an individual. Here, teachers play an important role in imparting practical knowledge to the students.
"The teacher should be a guide and not an instructor and encourage the student to discover the answer for himself".
In order to have a comprehensive system of knowledge in the world, just remove the excessive elements such as politicians, reservations, quotas, extortative fees, ragging etc and thus we can make some sustainable changes to correct it.
